All online orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
On completion of your online order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This correspondence is simply an acknowledgement that we have received the details of your order, and does not in any way confirm that the order will be accepted or processed.
Payment for online purchases will not be processed until the ordered goods are confirmed as available for sale. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Xile will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the site.
Due to the fact that Xile is primarily a bricks and mortar retailer, the online stock listed on this site is held within Xile retail locations nationwide and is recalled from these locations once the online order has been placed.
Every effort is made to update online stock levels regularly, but sizes listed online are not guaranteed to be available. In the event that the stock is not available, and the order cannot be filled, you will be promptly contacted and informed of this.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear online. However, we cannot guarantee that the presentation of any colour will be completely accurate.
