Xile will use personal information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card details etc.  in order to process orders and payments.  Furthermore, this information will be used to fill and deliver orders and manage customer accounts.

In some cases, personal information may be checked with credit agencies to prevent fraud. If there is a legal obligation to do so, Xile may disclose details to any relevant regulatory body.

Xile may use  customer e-mail addresses to make contact about sales, promotions, and similar marketing updates.  Any customer who would prefer not to receive these updates should e-mail info@xile.com.au to make their preference known.

In no case will personal details ever be passed on to third party companies.
