Exchange Policy

You may return any item purchased online for refund or exchange on the following conditions:

• All items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition; with all original tags attached (the items may be tried on, but not worn).  Please take care when trying garments to reduce the risk of make up marks.

•Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.  We are unable to accept or exchange shoes with scratched or dirty soles.  It is therefore recommend that you try them on a carpeted surface.

• You must e-mail info@xile.com.au with your intention to exchange or return within 7 days of your order being delivered.  You will then be given further instructions on how to proceed with the return.  If the goods are damaged or faulty and you are making the return for this reason you must make this known. 

• Return of goods will be at the customer’s own expense, unless the goods are damaged or faulty (in which case we will post you a prepaid satchel for the item’s return).

• The original receipt, or a copy of it, must be returned with the goods.

Purchases made through www.xile.com.au may only be exchanged or returned via Xile Head Office.  Exchanges or returns will not be accepted at any of our physical store locations.

Refunds

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.  Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank’s processing time.  This time varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to speed up this process.  If your refund takes longer than the standard 10 business days please e-mail info@xile.com.au
