You may return any item purchased online for refund or exchange on the following conditions:

• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached (the items may be tried on, but not worn).

•  You must e-mail info@xile.com.au with your intention to exchange or return within 7 days of your order being delivered. 

For your convenience, you may also choose to exchange or return your purchase at any of or store locations.
